Vol 154: Yesteryear, gorgeous lampshades, a waterproof tote bag + 4 more recommendations
1. Damson Madder Geometric Printed Empire Lamp Shade
Obsessed with these lampshades from Damson Madder for Anthropologie.
2. Iota Brightening Body Wash
I’ve been using this mandarin scented body wash from Iota, and I’m a fan. I can’t speak to whether it’s been brightening, smoothing and evening out my skin tone as I quite frankly haven’t been paying attention, but the texture and scent make for a lovely shower or bath!
3. Loeffler Randall
I really want these cream embroidered denim shorts from Loeffler Randall. So cute!
4. Yesteryear
Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke has been a very polarizing book that everyone seems to be talking about, and after finishing it last week I can certainly see why. The premise is based around a “tradwife influencer” who suddenly wakes up in 1855 and must life the life she’s been parading without her team of nannies, workers and all the conveniences of modern day life. It’s a best seller that touches on highly relevant topics and has already been picked up for a film adaptation starring Anne Hathaway. I personally enjoyed it very much, but would love to discuss further with anyone who has read it!
5. COSRX Hydrogel Eye Patch
My girlfriend Ashley turned me onto these COSRX under eye patches on a recent girls trip to Palm Springs and I immediately ordered upon return home. Effective, affordable and easy to travel with.
6. Mark & Graham
My son is in weekly swim classes and I’m planning to buy this Mark & Graham waterproof tote to cart around all his necessities. I have a few wet bags for his swimsuit, but the floor is eternally wet with kids constantly getting in/out of the pools, so I’m always cautious of where I set my handbag and the canvas tote I currently use to cart his things is always getting wet. This waterproof tote would solve all of that and would be great for for future beach trips too.
7. Saylor April Dress
Swooning over this white lace dress by Saylor, especially the back!
